Ashley Tisdale and her on and off boyfriend Scott Speer appear to be back together again as they go shopping in Beverly Hills. The "High School Musical" starlet had reportedly ended her 2 year relationship with Speer back in 2011but they seemed close as ever as they strolled arm in arm and held hands during their shopping trip together.
